  • What a joke, they send me this nice letter pleading to buys homes so we decide we might check it out. I complete all the details requested, I added the additional $20k we spent on the backyard they finish it all off with a "sorry we don't buy homes in gated communities and we don't buy homes with a solar lease. Get real this is AZ, that solar saves me $100's of dollars every month. The least these clowns could do is ask up front about their "we don't buy yada yada" No doubt just another investor group looking to prey off the people in need. Like the 9% they charge you in their own example, average is only 6%
