rev:text	I braved it even though there are bad reviews. Then I sat in line for 16 minutes thinking about why would I not listen to my fellow yelpers. The lady at the window clearly hates her job and did very little to encourage me to come back. I save my 1 stars for the truly horrible so this places gets 2. For the record I've been to other Einstein's that give great service and great food. This place clearly has a staff and management problem.
