  • Over the past 5 years Ive lived in 5 different apartments and Palladium is by far the worst. Every month our bill has hidden monthly fees ($100 leaving trash can out before 6 or after 8). They will give you a one day notice the water is being shut off for 24 hours, 3 times in the past 2 weeks. They will charge you for playing music past a certain time, but hammering, construction and nonstop needless repairs to the front office will wake you up before 7:30 everyday (weekends included). The locks have been changed multiple times, last night I was locked out in the rain because they changed the locks and didn't tell the residents or offer to give us updated keys. Lastly, the appliances are horrible, my stove smokes every time I use it, the dishwasher barely cleans, the disposal gets clogged twice a month, the water leaks in the bath, and the dryer takes 2 cycles to get anything remotely dry. DO NOT RENT HERE, location is the only positive about this place, and be prepared to drop hefty fees for anything extra (parking, trash, water, cable, noise complaints, etc.)
