  • The Butcher Block is outstanding and the staff and owner Ron are always excessively helpful and polite. I've been going here for several years since I moved out to Vegas and I couldn't even imagine my Summer's and Sunday afternoon barbecues without them. Try the barbecue burger with jalapeño bacon and onion bun. It is ridiculous. And their choice ribeye is something special to say the least. And pretty much every other thing you can imagine here is incredible. Did I mention it is also very, very reasonably priced too?
