  • My Realtor Keri Fowler is amazing. First of all I wasn't approved for a loan (working on credit) and she never treated me like I wasn't important (for almost a year before I had purchased. She is amazing at deals too. I had very little money to buy and she got me in the house for only the home inspection fee $300 (got all of my earnest money and appraisal back). She had all the right connections too. She hooked me up with Mike O at peoples home equity and he always answered all my question and was on top of everything. If you are ready to buy these two will have you in a home in no time. If the home owners didn't drag their feet we may have been in in less than a month.
