  • Pretty nice for a best western. Common areas are nice. Rooms look nice. Staff was friendly. Where I mark them down is beds. Pretty low end. Pillows aren't great. Standard bedding is the thinnest I've ever experienced in a hotel. It's like sleeping with just a sheet. Buy some nicer beds and put some real blankets on the beds and it would be significantly higher ranking.
