  • Very cool, old school steak restaurant (since 1958). My favorite place for a special meal. Steaks are top notch, service is friendly and very good. Expect a dumpy looking exterior, cramped 1960s styled interior, low light and an older crowd. Dress up a little and have a backup planned if you drop in without reservations. If you're looking for a trendy place, in a nice area of Charlotte with a young, hip crowd; this ain't it.
