  • I'm visiting my mom as she lives here in Arizona, & we decided we both need our eyebrows done. We went to the mall, as this is what I normally do at home in CA. I don't go to a specific person as everyone I've ever seen has done a pretty good job, nothing to complain about. However, I sat down at the chair today & the lady was done 30 seconds later. She was harsh, & didn't ask me to hold my lid down & lift my brow up as everyone else has ever done while doing my eyebrows. She missed many hairs & there is no fluid shape to my eyebrows. My moms look okay, but ours are both incredibly thin. She then told my mom it would be $24 total for us both, but if she let her charge $30 on the card she would give her a $10 gift card. My mom said no thank you, just charge the $24. She then continued to charge my mom $30 & give her a code which was supposed to work as a gift card. Super sketch if you ask me.
