  • For a dealership, this is actually a legit one. I took my car in to Charles because my transmission wasn't shifting gears on my 2012 focus (yeah....shocker). Well my check engine light had come on a while back and would frequently disappear for days at a time so I hadn't taken it in. Read the codes a few months back and remember it saying something about the o2 sensor. well 1 ford dealership told me that it wasn't under warranty for me anymore and that i would have to pay out of pocket to get it fixed. So i left it and was going to actually get it fixed in a couple of weeks but since my transmission decided to essentially stop working, I had to take it in.... well long story short, Charles is a good dude and is honest. He did a diagnostic on my car and told me all is covered....even the o2 sensor. Being a girl I have a hard time going into car repair shops because I don't know anything about anything when it comes to cars and it is obvious. I often get lied to and don't even know it. So the fact that he was honest with me and didn't try and pull the wool over my eyes and charge me an arm an a leg is something I really appreciate. I will be going to him from now on if anything happens with the car even though this dealership is pretty far from my house.
