  • What a nightmare! I've been there 3 times. The first visit went well. The 2nd time the color was brassy & orange. I went back and Tiffany used a toner on my hair. That worked. My last visit was a total disaster. I saw Sarah, Tiffany had the flu. Sarah is a Master Stylist, REALLY? My hair has been chopped up like chopped liver. I had asked her if anyone styled short hair since all the pictures posted were of long hair. Her response was that when she cut long hair but if she had difficulty with short hair she'd go get help! HELP! HELP! HELP! The color is wrong the cut is horrendous. Granted they offered to fix it at no cost to me. Nice gesture, but how do you glue my hair back on where she razor cut it off? Bottom line, IF YOU HAVE SHORT HAIR STAY AWAY. IF YOU LIKE BRASSY ORANGE HAIR THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU.
