  • I recently purchased a new home built in 1944 and have interacted with LOTS of service and repair persons along my remodel journey. Larson Air Conditioning came out and performed my APS energy audit where vermiculite ie. asbestos was discover in my attic. While he had to halt the audit due to safety concerns, the technician Jason went above and beyond by recommending a few testing companies and following up with me to check in. Although I did not ultimately choose Larson Air Conditioning for insulation and other ENERGY STAR services, I will definitely consider them when it's time to replace my AC unit in the future.
