  • Dermatology ha to be absolutely the WORST department of the Cleveland clinic. To get an appointment you have to wait 6 months! And when you go to your appointment, at the main campus (Crile building A-60) the line to check in was all the way to the elevators! 3 people behind the check in area (2 people were not there). One woman had a pink sign saying "She wasn't working". The people checking in didn't acknowledge anyone, nor did they hurry. They chatted amongst themselves. There were papers, trash, empty cups on the floor. One woman who works at a the clinic was shocked! Said "my administrator would die, if our department was like this!" The wait line at 2:15 to "check in" was 25 minutes, I would recommend people to go to ANY other dermatology department. Dr. Congreve should schedule an appointment and go check it out,
