  • Wow!!! Can I just tell you guys how wonderful Adolfo and kind he is! Awesome customer service and he gets back to you extremely quick! He lets you know right away if it's a stain that they won't be able to lift and we were fine with that. Most of our stains were from my 20 month old so you can only imagine But he assured us with the temperature of their steam even though the stains won't be lifted it'll definitely be sanitized. He is definitely who I will be referring if anyone asks for a carpet cleaner. He is actually here right now with his team and I just really wanted to write the review now. As I'm watching them work the stains that we weren't so sure of (coffee stain - from my husband) actually lifted! Thanks Fresh Start!!!
