  • I want to drop some comments on the great work Eddy and Russ (from Urbana Plumbing & Heating) have done for us. Several days ago, we found a water leak on one of the hot water pipes in the basement. We had the same problem before at the same spot; the previous lousy fix done by a different company only lasted for two years. We decided to seek help from Urbana Plumbing & Heating. We called at 8:30AM in the morning, Eddy and Russ came to work around 11AM after they finished their other work in hand. They quickly identified the problem and started the repair immediately. The work was done professionally. They were very knowledgeable and experienced. They also educated us how to maintain the water pipe system to make it last longer. The price they charged was reasonable. I have not been able to find a reliable plumbing repair company that I trust in the past at the Urbana/Champaign area. I feel fortunate that this time to use their service. We'll definitely ask their help again if we get any plumbing problem. We strongly recommend this company if you need a plumbing repair.
