  • I found this store to be rude and unhelpful to my daughter on her prom day. I made an appointment for her to have her hair done for prom. I dropped her off to go run an errand while she was getting it done. I ended up getting a message from her that they didn't have the appointment. I went back to the store and went in. She told me that they asked her if she made the appointment at a different FS. I didn't know there were 2 in surprise. I called the other one and, sure enough, I made the appointment at the other one. We rushed over there and the people at the other one were very nice and did a great job on her hair. After asking my daughter what happened at the first store, she said they told her they didn't have her reservation. The lady at the counter went to ask the woman who is good at doing prom hair if she could work my daughter in and she flatly refused. So the lady asked around if anyone could fit her in and no one was forthcoming. My question is why didn't they just call the other FS in surprise to see if we were at the wrong location? That would have been helpful. I'm also upset that none of the stylists were willing to help. I feel like they treated my daughter rudely for a simple mistake. I think they thought she was lying about having an appointment. I will NEVER go to this location. The one by Kohls on Bell Rd was much nicer and they did a great job. They will get my business.
