  • From their website: "Plus, as a finishing touch to every haircut, we offer our Hot Towel Refresher®, leaving you clean, sharp and ready to go." Not at this Supercuts. I went here last week to try them out. I read on their website that they use a hot towel at the end and it's one thing I like at the barbershop I usually use. So I was a bit disappointed when that didn't happen. However I am much more disappointed that after just 7 days I feel that I need another haircut.
