  • I had my first ride at Cycle Ave yesterday and I'm completely addicted! I've been meaning to check them out for a while, but finally signed up when I saw their Bikes and Bites promo on Liberty Market's Instagram. Spin class is one of my favorite workouts, and free food is a fantastic motivator. I go to cycle pretty regularly at my normal gym, but Cycle Ave was a completely different experience! You would never think from the cute little exterior that there's basically a nightclub inside - and I mean that in the best way ever. The spin room is small, but they had gorgeous new Keiser bikes, tons of fans for good ventilation, and the most amazing light show to go with the music. Some people in my party complained that the music was a tad too loud, but I'm a festival junkie so I didn't mind at all. Maddy was our instructor, and she was absolutely amazing! She was super high energy, had a great playlist, and definitely kept us motivated. We had a few people in our group that were new to cycle, and the staff were so helpful with adjusting the bikes and giving a quick rundown before class. The spin shoes provided were clean and seemed brand new. I was a little surprised that the class was only 35 minutes long, but I was definitely dripping with sweat by the end of it! Oh, and the best part - the yummy smelling chilled towels that they hand out at the end of class. Thanks for an amazing experience Cycle Ave; I'll definitely be back!
