  • We transferred our policies from a state farm agent in New Mexico. I never was able to get an email of phone call to the correct number from their office staff. Because of this we ended up going with a major insurer and got better service, and saved about 50%. Kristen Kruger was never there when we needed her and there was a lot of turnover in her office, you can save (over) 15% with other companies, totally not worth it.
