  • Ask for Troy Pierce!! I came in just looking to see what my options would be as I was in no need to rush... well maybe a little bit because I needed better AC for the summer. I told Troy Pierce from the get go I wasn't going to buy today and he respected my wishes and def didn't over push but also still took the time to show me my options knowing that I was firm on not buying, he still spent over 2-3 hours answering questions and letting me view. At the end of the day I did end up buying a 2018 Honda Civic, Troy fought hard to get down the lowest rate for me. Respected me calling my father to see if it was a good rate and me being hesitant and just overall being patient. I feel like over all being in a customer service industry myself you have to be able to read people and with age you also know if someone is pushing you, ripping you off, using you and I felt nothing but a genuine person. Troy also does magic so that was pretty cool, he entertained my son and did a little trick. Thank you again Honda and Troy Pierce!! There's another Troy there so I keep saying his last name so all will know lol :)
