  • Nearly my entire experience with this groomer was wonderful. I spoke with Julie to schedule my appointment and she was so flexible with scheduling and understanding of the fact that my cat is anxious during grooming and doctor visit. She even offered to let me stay with her, if it would make me and my kitty feel better. The appointment was done as a drop off which was so convenient. The basic package includes a bath, brush, blow dry, nail trim, and a cute bandanna starting at a very reasonable $40. It was just what we needed. It only took them about 45 minutes to finish and my kitty came home smelling and looking so much better. It was the least stressful trip to the groomer ever. The only thing I don't like about this location is the lack of designated parking. Your options are either metered parking on Madison Avenue, or parking on the residential side streets. I know this might be somewhat out of their control, but walking any amount of distance with a cat carrier on an icy sidewalk is a challenge. We will definitely be back!
