We ordered up the Tomahawk Special on Sunday. Food: Ordered Medium Rare, 33% was cooked correctly, 33.9% was overdone, and 33% was rare. This was due to the cut of the beef. The steak was very thick at the bone and tapered down to a sliver away from the bone. I know how to cut beef, it was just a really bad butchering job. It happens. In terms of the flavor, they served it with three salts and balsamic reduction. Each bite needed the salts and reduction to have flavor. The special includes a very small portion of Mashed Potatoes and Salad. The potatoes and salad were very nondescript and very small. I would go back, but I will discuss the cut and cook temp with the server and won't assume they will get it right.
