Originally when I first came to this tore I thought the employees there were great. And they were so long as you weren't looking for a new phone. I was mislead and ripped off here this last time I went by Zach who insists he remembers everything he says to every customer he has ever had. Long story short, he sold me a plan that I thought would be an upgrade to my plan with a new phone every year if I opted for it. Sure that what I get but I had to pay $258 instead of $103??
Today 7/23/15 I go back because I need a new charger and Walmart doesn't have one. It's 10:05am and there are a handful of people in there. I go to open the doors and they are locked. So I keep trying thinking they're heavy, no one is looking but they are noticeably ignoring me. So I knock and mind you they are all right next to the door. Still no response from them. So another customer comes up and yanks on the door and finally someone comes over and answers the door. I go in and get my charger, the woman associate comes over and rings me up, asks for my phone number, I said why do you need my phone number? She got a bit of an attitude and answered that it's to put it under my account for replacement or warranty but if I didn't want to that ...so, I kept my mouth shut. Seriously you're asking my number and I don't have a right to know why or this is putting you off? It's a charger. Anyway, she's was the best out to the lot of them that I've worked with so far.
This is the worst customer service/store I have ever consistently dealt with. Apparently time doesn't help in between visits. I will be making the trip to different stores. If I could give it zero stars I would.
