It took us 6 months to receive delivery of our dining table. When they delivered it, the base was rose gold when we ordered chrome. So it took another 3 months for a total of 9 months to receive the dining table we originally ordered. 9 months.
The sales person and the owners were extremely aggressive and started swearing and threatening me when I asked for a refund on my deposit after I told them I couldn't wait longer than 6 months for an order. Especially when they made a mistake and delivered the wrong table.
I received a call to pickup a coffee table. I went in to the store to pick-up (already paid for 100%). They refused to release the shipment to me because I did not pay in full the whole invoice (on the invoice was the deposit on the aforementioned dining table). So I told them I received a phone call asking me to come in. So the guy calls his boss and the boss lets him release it - But guess what? The receiving is closed now so I couldn't pick it up anyway.
It was a complete waste of time and energy and overall such a bad experience having management scream at me and treat me so badly when I spent $7,000 with them.
