  • Allow me to preface this review by sharing my limited experience when it comes to salons. I've only been to one other for a manicure/pedicure before my visit here, so my expertise in their quality of work is relatively limited... Despite my lack of experience, I'd say my visit here was excellent! I came here for a manicure and pedicure combo (only $45!). Setting up my appointment was easy over the phone; the receptionist was courteous and professional, and didn't seem to get vexed when the various days she offered wouldn't work out with my schedule. I stepped inside and could tell the salon was busy. Almost all the seats were taken. I checked in with the receptionist, and he said I can sit down at their front bar to wait until my nail technician is done with her client. I did wait for about 15 minutes, but their customer service was excellent. They apologized for the wait and offered me a beverage from their menu (I was surprised they even had a beverage menu - with wine!). As I got my (non-alcoholic) drink, my technician (I forget her name!) came over and introduced herself. The pedicure seat was being cleaned up, so she offered to start on my manicure right then and there. A few minutes later, the pedicure seat was ready and she guided me there. She soaked my feet in the warm water for several minutes and proceeded with the pedicure complete with exfoliation and a massage. After the pedicure, we moved over to the manicure station. She let me soak my nails in a dish filled with warm water and smooth stones at the bottom (that was a nice touch). I opted for a clear coat for both my manicure and my pedicure. The coat has stayed on for weeks before noticing it starting to chip. I think that's some pretty quality work. My entire experience from start to finish was smooth and enjoyable. Despite the wait, the front staff provided great service. My nail technician was charismatic and paid great attention to her work. I'd say this is a great salon to go to for some "me-time" and to get quality work done on your hair, nails, and more.
