  • I love coming to this place. Jonathan and Julie are wonderful, sweet people who know so much, and are so nice and easy to talk to. And talk about customer service! I rushed in 5 minutes before their closing time one day, and confessed that I had been scared they would be closed. They told me at once that if it happened the next time, just call ahead and they'd wait for me! How awesome is that? Another huge bonus for me is that they're just down the street. Don't be fooled by the beat up shopping complex and the spartan interiors- this couple have their store stocked with great food. I purchase Taste of the Wild for both my german shephered and my two cats, but if I ever wished to switch or even go raw, they'd have that for you as well. They also have a small rack for treats, and toys. But truly, the best part of coming to the store is getting the chance to interact with them and their three sweetheart dogs (Chaos and Dreamer the border collies, and a little dachschund I unfortunately can't remember the name of. :P) I always feel bad admitting I went to another place to pick something up, but not only did they not mind, Julie helped me pick out the right size treat for a kong-style toy I had purchased from Noble Beast! These are great folks, people. They love their dogs and they care about their customers. I bet if I asked them to find a particular product for me that they would probably do just that. If you live in the area and are particular about what you feed your dog or cat, I say stop on by.
