probably the best soondubu in phoenix... although it could use a little more tofu... otherwise, it's nice and spicy!!! although i did order hot... and i usually order the medium.
the bf really enjoyed his dolsot bibimbap... these people don't skimp on quality ingredients!
and the banchan was for the most part, quite enjoyable - tasty seaweed both dry and wet, apple salad, radish/cucumber kimchi... and some over salted bean sprouts and not so great cabbage kimchi.
but overall... the service was fantastic, the food tasted wonderful, it was rather affordable.... i'd recommend stopping for the lunch specials (12-3 i believe)
if only it wasn't on the opposite side of the valley....
