  • I had horrible service, waiting on 3 packages since July 8. On July 8 Purolator attempted delivery of 1 package, left door tag, called to reschedule, 45 minute wait, told they had 2 packages will deliver on Monday, watched front door to building, at 3:20 Purolator truck drove by did not stop no door tag. Called Purolator they only had 1 other 2 can't find, kept calling every couple days(45 minute - 1 hr wait) told by two managers that when they find the 2 packages will put on hold then call for pick up On July 13 took taxi $40 to pick up the 1 they had. On July 18 called 1hr wait still could not find 1 went to transfer to manager got cut off. 2nd package on truck for delivery put note with phone # on front door that in back driver left door tag Called again 1 hr wait no satisfaction Paid for shipping had to spend $40 taxi to get 1 package another $40 to get 2nd package and they still can't find 3rd. Fedex driver will call when delivering Will never use Purolator again
