| - It took me a week to write this review. Not because it was long or that I was undecided. It took me a week to calm down enough to write a review that could actually be posted. This place has been through a series of owners over the last couple of years and it has steadily declined. However, this last name/ownership change was the worst. Close this place, tear it down and try again. This last version has KILLED ANY CHANCE FOR SUCCESS. Here is why.
I feel extremely sorry for Spencer the manager. He is doing the bare minimum to provide the smallest amount of customer service but he sadly has NOTHING to work with. The interior was barely touched by vacuum and they used the same c loth to wash the windows that they used to Armor-All the dash! It was a streaky, blurry mess. More about that in a moment.
After it came through the wash (Paid for The Works), there was still dry dust on the parts of the roof and tailgate of the Subaru Outback. It should be noted that there was no finishing crew supervisor present for any quality assurance. While pointing out the spots that had been missed, the only female working on the finishing crew, kept making rude, snotty comments about anyone who had a problem with their work. The fact that her conduct was not corrected and was actually encouraged by the finishing crew supervisor (smiling and laughing at her comments), is enough to keep me from ever going back or recommending their service. While waiting for my car, I notices several other customers were having the same issues and their dars were going back for a second try.
After the car was sent through for a second wash, the same finishing crew worked on it with the same issues. When I again pointed out the interior was unacceptable, I was told, "If you want that done you have to pay have it detailed." There were still missed spots, the interior windshield was still a mess and the female commentator continued with her rude, insulting and unprofessional remarks. After all was said and done, I found that one of the back doors was not properly closed after I drove away.
All in all, this fiasco cost $17 and took two hours and fifteen minutes. The job was not satisfactory and I figured my options were to just cut my losses and leave. The worst ever!!!
