  • Horrible customer service and not helpful. I went to get a specific piece of jewelry from Windsor since they carried the designer I wanted, but the staff was not knowledgeable at all. I asked multiple questions and he was not able to answer them with specific information just general comments. Ex. Q: "What is the millimeter of this? A: "Umm, it's about normal for that." It's a good thing I did my research before coming to this store or I would not have know anything about what I was buying. I had to special order my piece and was told I would be contacted on Monday (I was there on a Friday later afternoon) to let me know if the piece was available and how long it would take to get it. I never heard anything so on Wed I called to find out and was told "Umm, we were closed Monday so I haven't had a chance to check, but it should be OK." I asked to get a confirmation and to call me back when the item would be ready to pick up. No call back. I called again to be told the item shipped and would be there at the end of the week. When I arrived to pick the item up, another sales clerk helped me but did not believe me when I told her I had already paid for the item. I did not have the receipt with me as I was not told I would need it. I pulled up my credit card statement to show them I had paid for it and she still did not believe me. She proceed to get two other associated to help her figure out if I had paid. I told her I was leaving since I showed her the proof I paid for it and left. Horrible service. No information on product. No call back on follow up. Accused me of not paying for my item even though I showed proof of purchase. Do not waste your time here. There are way too many other jewelers that will treat you with respect and have knowledge about their product to better inform you on your purchase.
