  • I bought an engagement ring that I really liked from Aaron. Unfortunately, I never proposed and decided to try to sell the ring. When I tried to sell the ring I was told by multiple Jewelry shops that the ring did not match Aaron's appraisal. When I went to Aaron with the information he became accusatory, threatening, disrespectful, and overly emotional. (I hadn't even asked him for anything at that point). I was hoping he would at least treat me with respect and try to offer a reasonable solution or to send the ring to get appraised to prove he was correct. I ended up getting a written appraisal on my own just to prove to him that I wasn't lying about the information I was being given. I will never purchase anything from his store again.
