rev:text	Too bad there isn't a way to give them less than one star. I went to see Dr. Hoskins (as my mother sees her & I needed a new primary care doc.) about severe stomach pains and bloating, not only was the total time she spent with me less than FIVE MINUTES but she interrupted me and threw lots of random stomach prescriptions and samples in a bag before saying good bye. I left confused, as I've never taken ANY of the pills she had just handed to me before. I ended up getting a CT scan of my abdomen done which SUCKS by the way, and was told I'd have the results soon. The next morning I got a call from again Dr. Hoskins saying I had a serious fracture in my rib and I needed an emergency appointment at another office. So I called the number she gave me and they informed me that they only do wrist fractures. I then spend the ENTIRE day trying to get something other than a damn answering machine at Allen Family Medicine. After calling 12 times, at 5:30pm (after they had closed) I talked to Dr. Hoskins assistant and she so kindly told me that DR HOSKINS GAVE ME THE WRONG INFORMATION AND I HAD A BROKEN WRIST. Funny! Because my wrists were above my head while my STOMACH was scanned. After calling and calling the next day I was told that in my "actual" stomach scan everything was fine. So I continued my care elsewhere seeing as Allen Family is absolutely absurd and has no professional employees available. Months later (3 months later to be exact) I get a statement in the mail saying I owe them 109.00$, because they are "out of network" Funny again! Because as mentioned before my mother under THE SAME AETNA PLAN was covered seeing Dr. Hoskins. This place is a waste of time and a waste of property space. NOT A SINGLE SOUL THERE DOES THEIR JOB. I promise you will find better care elsewhere.
