  • One of the most frustrating experiences ever. After we finally got things going and put down the deposit, the roofers came and left as they pleased. It was supposed to be a 3-day job that turned into over a week with men randomly showing up in our backyard with no notice. After the work was finally done (with some damage done to our items outside due to carelessness), we noticed at least a hundred loose nails that had been dropped in our backyard that we had to go around and collect, as we have a dog and we ourselves are constantly out there. Wires were tossed into our yard and the workers had left their crushed soda cans scattered all on the side of our house. We made an appointment with Steve to show him how unprofessional his workers had been and he tried to make us feel bad about it with comments like "I didn't make any money on this job." A $10,000 roofing job and you didn't make any money? Hard to believe. The only reason he got 2 stars instead of 1 is because he came over and righted some wrongs that his workers had done. Overall, very disappointed.
