rev:text	There are times you wish you would have listened to your inner voice.... This is one of them..... I was lured into this spa by the sign'HAPPY HOUR BOTOX' of course I could not resist....... And I wish I would have..... After listening to a unnecessary class-less speil on becoming a member I finally got into the room to get my procedure done. The gal was nice enough ( even tho she kept harping on my companion to get Botox). She did drop a vial on the floor, which incidentally, I do not know if it ended up in my face (oh well) I realize that bruising can happen..... But this gal hit a blood vessel and gave me a shiner..... And I don't mean a small 'use a little cover cream shiner' I mean one of those 'WTF????? Happened to you??? I hope you got a restraining order against him' ... Type of shiner. My eye was/is literally black. And my face won't move To this there is no excuse. There was also NO FOLLOW UP CALL as was promised. On the up side. The facility was clean and cherry. The front staff very nice. In closing.... I am no rookie to cosmetic procedures... In fact I feel qualified to say I am pretty much of an expert after 2 augmentations, a temporal rhytidectomy (surgical face lift) and several Botox and filler procedures all performed by one of the BEST board plastic surgeons in Scottsdale.... I think I can safely say that if you want quality work done.... Go to a DOCTOR... Insist an MD inject you and do the work on you.... I don't know why I went to the dark side on this one... But I assure you I will never do a med spa again!!!! Dr T.... Forgive me..... I strayed......
