  • When we arrived there weren't very many people which was nice, no pushing of children. We went to play the crane games which are my child's favorite. They're ridiculously packed so that no stuffed animal would ever be caught by the weak crane. ALL three machines were packed this way. Waste of money and upsets child. Multiple games were out of service and dirty. One game she played was broken but still took our money and shook around. WOW, what fun. When I tried to get an employees attention to get change, after saying excuse me 3 times she was still too busy talking to her co-workers to notice me. Then another customer walked in and she went right to them without acknowledging that I was standing there. Awesome work, chick. Not happy with this place at all. My child only had fun on the trampoline once other children arrived but if there aren't any, parents aren't allowed to play with their child so it it's fun for them.
