  • Back in 2007 I utilized Lexington Law and they helped me out quite a bit on my credit. I tried contacting them today because, I don't have access to my old email to login. The first time I called, a young man answered the phone and immediately advised me to call back in 4 hours because they were so busy. I didn't even get to say a word. I called back right after and a women answered the phone. She was very surly and wouldn't let me get two words in. She was more interested in, if I wanted to become a member. When I said I had already been a member and just wanted access to my account. She interrupted me and gave me an 800 number which only brings me back to speak with a paralegal. Completely, disappointed with their "customer support."
