  • TMI alert......First, their form has a location listed that's been closed for 8 months. Of course, this is the first one we go to. Bummer. To make the situation more awkward, my partner needed a stool sample tested which the doctor said would be given at the lab so my partner has to "go". We rush to the next location and the nurse tells him he had to go home to collect his stool sample and gives him a kit. Well, home is 40 minutes away and he still has to "go" but the lab won't let him use their bathroom and the lobby bathroom are locked and the lab won't share the key. A nice maintenance man let's him into the lobby bathroom. The nurse said for my partner to collect liquid stool in one container. After he "goes" he tells the nurse that there wasn't any liquid but the nurse says any stool will be fine. Now my partner needs to try to "go" again to gather another sample. Frustrating! Additionally, their Halloween decorations are too scary for little kids.
