Wish I would have read the reviews first. Went in yesterday to get an eyebrow wax. They are close by and you want to support the small places once in a while. They needed 10 minutes to warm up the wax, I can deal with that. The anesthetist seemed a little confused as to what I wanted done, I didn't want them arched real high or waxed real thin. She actually cut my skin with her little scissors at one point. I had to pluck some stray hairs out myself when I got home, but there was no way I was asking her to fix anything. My skin is still red today and I've never had that happen before. Don't think I'll go back.
