I ended up with a Bradley Stone granite counter top and bar through Lowe's, which is who they have do their work. It was installed around February of 2016. When they installed it, the installers weren't very careful and they ruined an area of my brand new cabinet facing which was installed 2 months before and I hadn't even been billed for yet. They didn't tell me...it was something that I found on my own and had to contact Lowe's. Bradley paid me $100 towards repairing the dime sized damaged area. Now...a year and 4 months after installation, I notice an area near one of the granite seams about 6 inches high, 5 inches wide that has completely lost it's luster...however every other part of the counter and bar are perfect. This "dull" area is right on the seam. I first contacted Lowe's and I was told my one year warranty had expired with them and to contact Bradley Stone. Well, I tried about a dozen times and ended up emailing them. I emailed Krystal, back and forth for about 6 weeks with no adequate response. At first she blamed whatever I was using on the counter top...but then she couldn't do that because only this small area on the seam was bad. Needless to say she refused to help me, call me...etc. I asked to speak with a manager and nobody would return my calls. Not only was there install process shady but their customer service is by far the worst I've ever dealt with. You are better off going elsewhere. Once they get your money, they are of no help at all!
