  • I have been using Groomingdale's and used all three of their locations over the past 5 years. I can say with total certainty, the owner, Scott, is truly fond of our beloved pets, and takes pride in making sure that his staff turns out a good product, and his customer's are satisfied. As I said, I have used all three locations, and I think this Spring Valley Location is the best. The staff here is very accomodating, and when my pets are groomed by my preferred Groomer, Lee Ann, I have always been satisfied with her work. For those of you looking for value, their prices are typically $10 less than the going "street" price. The only draw back is they do not accept Credit Cards. Also, I suggest making a "first thing in the morning" appointment, to minimize waiting time, and limit the time your dog might be put in a cage. If for any reason you are not satisfied, be sure to call Scott, at the Rainbow store, and tell him of your experience, and I am certain he will do his best to please you.
