  • Guys. GUYS. It is never EVER the customer's problem that you can't staff your store adequately. A 3 hour wait? Never ok. Giving customers attitude when they decide to cancel their order and take their business elsewhere? NEVER OK. Get a handle on your ish, guys. Seriously.
