  • Hip, stylish, perfectly clean and comfortable hotel with excellent front desk staff, super comfortable bedding (pillows were too hard for me but they brought me a feather pillow right away), blackout curtains, spacious bathrooms, comfy robes, efficient workout center and great food/drinks in lobby restaurant/bar; The Parker. The location is superb: walking distance to everything in downtown Cleveland. I loved it so I extended my stay by 3 nights. I think free Wi-Fi would be a bonus but with the reasonable room rate, I was happy to pay the $14 per day fee. Highly recommend this hotel.
