  • Adolfo is seriously such a great business owner and man does he do a great job! I emailed Fresh Start and they got back to me within literally an hour. Then I scheduled a day and time where he could come in and give me a quote. He came in the very next morning and gave me an awesome price for our office. Scheduling an appointment with him was easy too, and he was right on time and did a FANTASTIC job. Our carpets were so gross before, they hadn't been cleaned in years but he was able to get all the spots and stains right out. It was just him that day as well, so kudos Adolfo for doing that alone. Unfortunately, a consultant of ours came in hours after the carpets had been cleaned, walked around, and left foot prints behind. I asked Adolfo if he could come back and just do a refresher on a couple of areas and he did without hesitation at NO CHARGE. If you want your carpets cleaned, seriously go to these guys. They're VERY reasonably priced, super nice, and they do a great job. Flexible schedule too. You won't regret choosing them! :)
