  • I'd give this place about a 4.5. The office staff and maintenance guys are friendly and helpful with my needs. The amenities are always clean, they have a small but still decent equipped gym, a tanning booth (if you use that sort of thing), and a small pool. The reason I don't give a 5 is because that pool area is in need of a jacuzzi, or if not a jacuzzi then a heated pool. They have regular get-togethers for their residence, the latest a beer tasting, but they do hold little parties on the holidays for the kiddies like an Easter egg hunt event, which I find really cute.
