rev:text	I have health insurance, and Advanced Dermatology never sent my claims over to my health insurance provider. Instead, they balance-billed me $280, after already paying $180 during my office visits, and threatened to send me to collections if I did not pay it immediately. Now. I have to go through the laborious process of submitting my OWN CLAIM for payment from my health insurance provider. Why on earth am I even paying for health insurance???
