On 9/12/15 went to this dump to watch the Ohio state game, was told by staff that the Big Ten would not let them show the game. Ask to speak to a Manager, the unknown manager came out, the employee told him that I wanted to speak to him, he looked at me and never came over too me. After standing there for 10 minutes, I walked over to him, he walked away. I asked to speak too his boss. I met with GIL, when I voiced my concern over the manager not speaking to me. Gil said" The Game is on now". I told him that fine, but I felt the manager should have made contact with me. GIL said " What do you want me too do". At that point it was clear that he was not concern about my complaint. I then told Gil that he was acting like an idiot and he asked to me leave and called security. This is a clear example of how they handle a customer with a complaint. They walk around like monkeys in suits acting like they are the cast from the movie Casino. .It's apparent that they lack the skills to deal with a customer complaint. They rather throw you out, than trying to resolve issues I left because it was clear to me that I was dealing with a very unprofessional person. I called him an idiot because he had a negative attitude toward my complaint. I did not raise my voice to him, he kept cutting me of in mid sentence while trying to express my complaint.
