The service is friendly (mostly), but they are focusing way to much on upselling. I've been there several times and asked them to perform maintenance according to the (manufacturer) manual only and they will recommend to me all these things that supposedly the AAA says needs to be done (and cost a lot of money). I have let them do some of the things that they said will improve milage and that should be done (according to the AAA....), but I had the exact same milage afterwards.
I had my brakes done there twice and had issues both times. They could never figure out the problem until I took my car to a different shop to get it checked out, and then took it back to Conrad's. Now, to their credit, they did fix the issue then at no extra cost (except for the money I spend to have the problem diagnosed somewhere else).
I just feel I can't go there to get good advice on maintaining my car without spending $$$s on services that I don't really need at that point.
