  • Absolutely DISGUSTING. I understand this isn't a 5 star hotel, but nobody should have to stay at a place like this. First of all, I booked here last minute and it definitely wasn't my first choice. When I arrived to my NON SMOKING room it smelled like someone had just smoked a pack a few minutes before and left. I switched rooms 4 times trying to find one I could sleep in. The second was just as bad. The third was a bit better but when I sat my small purse on the nightstand it fell from the wall and hit my foot. The room before last smelled of mold and felt humid. I sat my stuff down and bent down to pick something up and saw a wall full of mold. I have posted pictures. I decided that I'd had enough and demanded a refund and to be checked out. They said they couldn't because the manager wasn't there. I stuck it out and In the morning waited 2 hours for the manager, still didn't show. I left and called around 4, finally he had arrived. I spoke to him in great detail about what you just read. His answer? "Well that's not my problem. I don't give refunds."Of course I was HEATED. I told him again what I had went through and he still told me he didn't care. We went back and fourth and he began cursing and hung up. Boy.. I don't care what I can or you can afford. Do yourself and family a favor and please find somewhere else. I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy.
