Although I'm really not a big fan of Mexican cuisine I can't believe we've not been to Juan's Flaming Fajita's before this. A friends of mine said he heard it was good so my wife and I tried it after reading all the rave reviews online. Well we now have a new favorite Mexican restaurant in Las Vegas. What can I add to what's already been written? The service is friendly, attentive and overall outstanding. The fajitas are very generous (the two of us could have split the chicken fajitas for one) and my wife enjoyed the enchilada and taco combination plate which she ordered with the fresh vegetables. That's a really nice touch that you don't see often as an alternative to rice and beans (they have refried and black beans). As everyone has said the chips and salsa/bean dip that arrive moments after you are seated are excellent. We heeded everyone's advice and held back so as not to spoil our dinner.
We went on a Monday at 6:00pm and did not have to wait for a table. The place was busy and as people left they were replaced by an endless stream of customers. They do have outdoor dining but it was 109 degrees outside, even shade with misters (both of which they have) wouldn't be enough to make it comfortable for me (admittedly an wimpy AC devotee).
We really enjoyed Juan's a lot.
