  • On a saturday night 6pm, there was no minced meat or braised meat ready to serve. We were told we needed to wait 1hr. What?!? When I first went in, nobody approached me to talk to me or seat me. Everyone avoided eye contact. I took a menu and sat down at a table myself. Nobody offered me water or tea. I raised my arm for 20 seconds before the girl came to take my order. There were 2 other tables who didnt need service.. staff were all looking at receipts and looking as confused as possible. Then a guy from the kitchen (it seemed because i didnt see him before) came out to tell us there was no meat. Seriously, how disorganized do you have to be to not be able to tell me right when I first arrive that your main meat dishes are not available? Not impressed. interior decor and music and overall ambience was nice but this experience ruined it for me.
