  • Communication and response times were prompt. Technician's were fast, friendly, and they left the work area clean. My only reason for a four star, and this is small, is that I wasn't sure that our appointment was confirmed until the day of the work. Johnson Roofing used an automated appointment scheduler, which is fine by me, to create the appointment. After clicking the "yes" button I assumed the appointment was set. The next day I received a voicemail about setting up the appointment. So I was a little confused about if the email I had agreed to was indeed setting the appointment or not. I assumed the appointment was set and indeed it was. It would have been nice to have some kind of email confirmation or reminder after the automated appointment setting and/or on the day of the work. Other than that small snag service was great. The issue I had is easily overlooked because of the professionalism Johnson displayed. I'll use them again and would recommend them.
